Seven Decisions Before Bulk
Can you use our chart or reference garment?
Yes. We can use your approved chart, a reference garment you have the right to use, a mature base fit or a custom direction.
Do you provide plus-size and custom sizing?
Yes. Exact ranges are confirmed by product. Plus sizing uses dedicated proportion and grading decisions.
Which size becomes the base?
The base is selected by product, target customer and commercial size curve—not automatically M.
Does changing fabric affect fit?
It can. Stretch, recovery, GSM, lining and compression may trigger another fit review.
Is a size set always required?
Its scope depends on range breadth, product complexity and grading risk.
Can regional sizes be directly converted?
Labels may be mapped, but approved body and garment measurements remain the fit standard.
How are bulk measurements controlled?
Each POM is checked against its approved target and tolerance within the documented AQL 2.5 process.
