Seven Commercial Questions
What is the starting MOQ?
The public range is 50–100 pieces per qualifying SKU. Five full-custom categories start at 100 pieces per SKU; 50 pieces applies only to selected routes.
Can sizes and colors be mixed?
Sizes and approved colors may be mixed inside a qualifying SKU, subject to material and color minimums.
Can different SKUs be combined to reach MOQ?
No. Multiple categories may share one PO, but every SKU independently reaches its MOQ.
Can I pay more to order below MOQ?
Possibly for selected mature products using stock materials. A surcharge cannot remove upstream fabric, dyeing, print, trim or packaging minimums.
Why is there no public unit-price list?
Quantity alone does not define price. Fabric, construction, branding, packing and Incoterm must match before quotes can be compared.
How long is the quote valid?
Normally 15 calendar days unless stated otherwise. PI and the 30% deposit lock the unchanged order scope.
What are the bulk payment terms?
30% T/T deposit, AQL 2.5 inspection, then 70% T/T balance before shipment or document release.
