Fabric Specification

Lock the Variables That Make the Fabric Repeatable.

Weight Is One Variable—not the Whole Fabric.

The approved standard combines every required parameter.

Fiber Composition Polyester / Nylon / Elastane / other
Construction Knit Structure Interlock / Jersey / Mesh / custom
Movement Stretch Direction, percentage and recovery
Surface Hand Feel Matte, smooth, brushed or custom
Performance Finish Wicking, cooling, DWR or approved function
Appearance Color Stock reference or approved Pantone lab dip
Coverage Opacity Reviewed at intended stretch
Stability Shrinkage Controlled by test method
Traceability Reference Swatch, report and approved lot standard
All-Over Printing

Make the Artwork Work on the Fabric and the Pattern.

All-over activewear print development and fabric inspection

Coverage Is the Goal. Process Is Selected by Compatibility.

Fiber, base color, stretch, artwork and required hand feel determine the production method.

Fabric & Printing FAQ

Seven Decisions Before Development.

Can we select from available performance fabrics?

Yes. Existing materials are matched against the required composition, GSM, stretch, hand feel, color and performance direction.

Can Gofitapparel develop a custom fabric?

Yes. Composition, GSM, knit, stretch, hand feel and functional finishing can be developed, subject to supplier feasibility, MOQ and approval.

Can you match a Pantone color?

Yes. The Pantone reference guides development, while the approved physical lab dip becomes the production color reference.

Do you provide All-Over Printing?

Yes. Artwork repeat, scale, placement, fabric compatibility, strike-off and garment behavior are reviewed before bulk. The production method is selected by the confirmed material and design.

Which logo applications are available?

Heat transfer, embroidery, silicone logo and reflective application are supported after fabric, placement and durability review.

Does custom fabric or color increase MOQ?

It can. Final MOQ depends on the fabric mill, dyeing, printing, trims and selected production process and is confirmed in the quotation.

Can we request third-party testing?

Yes. SGS, Intertek, BV, TÜV or another approved laboratory can be designated. Scope, fees, standard and pass criteria are confirmed before testing.
